The Black Health & Social Services Hub Peel is opening its doors at its new location, and we’re celebrating with a free community day for and with the Black, African and Caribbean (BAC) communities in Peel Region. This is a day for us: our culture, our joy, our music, our food, our community, together in one space.
It’s also your chance to see the BHSS Hub for yourself. Come tour the space, meet the team behind it, and experience an Africentric, culturally responsive model of care built around how our community thrives, connects, and heals.

This event is Africentric in spirit and in practice, shaped by Black, African, and Caribbean voices, built on personalized, client centered care where you are the expert on your own health and wellness journey. But this isn’t just about health, it’s a celebration of us: our culture, our joy, our music, our food, our community. Come learn something new, share your experiences if you want to, dance a little, eat well, and connect with people who get it, no judgment, no pressure.
New Patients Welcome
If you’re curious about what the BHSS Hub offers, our team will be around for informal meet and greets, no appointment or commitment needed. You don’t need a referral, a prior visit, or OHIP to connect. If you’d like to register as a client while you’re there, we’d love to get your registration started.
