As the year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recognize the many people who are part of our Black Health & Social Services (BHSS) Hub community.
To our community members, thank you for trusting us with your care and for staying connected. To our community partners, thank you for walking alongside us and strengthening this work through collaboration. To our staff, thank you for the care, commitment, and consistency you bring every day.
Together, we continue to build a community-centred, culturally-affirming approach to care for Black, African and Caribbean (BAC) communities across Peel. Black Health & Social Services (BHSS) Hub exists to support this work.
As we look ahead, we remain committed to advancing health equity and well-being, and to continuing this work with care and accountability.
